Terms and Conditions

What to Know Before You Book or Play

Booking & Payment

• A $50 non-refundable deposit and signed rental agreement are required to reserve your event date.

• The deposit is applied toward your total balance.

• The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

• If booking less than 2 days before the event, full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Failure to pay on time will result in cancellation of your reservation and loss of deposit.


Delivery & Setup

• Delivery is free within 15 miles of ZIP 24482.

• Locations over 15 miles will incur a $0.85 per mile round trip delivery fee, calculated after booking request is submitted.

• Setup and breakdown require at least 1 hour before and up to 1 hour after the event.

• This time is included in your package price.

• Do not move, adjust, or tamper with any equipment once it has been installed.


Weather Policy

• We do not set up outdoors in the event of rain, snow, or wet conditions.

• No refunds will be issued for inclement weather.

• We do not offer rescheduling due to weather, so we strongly recommend having an indoor backup location.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

• The $50 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

• If you cancel less than 3 days before your event, no refunds will be issued.

• We will make every effort to reschedule your event, depending on availability.


Our Right to Cancel

In the unlikely event we must cancel due to unsafe road conditions, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.


Safety & Setup Requirements

• For outdoor events, a dry, flat, and shaded area is required, free of mud, water, sharp objects, or debris.

• Shade is required to prevent equipment from overheating or becoming hazardous to children.

• Indoor setups must be in a clean, clear space with adequate access and room for equipment.


Liability Disclaimer

Little Carnations Soft Play LLC is not liable for injuries caused by misuse of the play equipment, lack of supervision, or unsafe venue conditions. Adult supervision is required at all times.
